My Best Friend

Grayson told me the other day that he needed Bubba to play best friends and pretend to take naps. I laughed because in his world, Bubba can only be his best friend for playtime. I guess Gavyn isn't old enough, or something...It was amusing and really cute all at the same time, so I took pictures.

the Elf on the Shelf

If you haven't heard of the Elf on the Shelf, check it out here, and see what's it all about. Grayson and Gavyn love waking up every morning to find the elf's new location. It's a fun family tradition to start, with a little bit of bribery for the holidays. The bribery thing worked the first day with Grayson and not so much anymore. If I even try to tell him the Elf on the Shelf is watching he responds with, "No he's not, he's not in the same room as me and he can't see me." I guess he thinks that makes it okay to torment his little brother.
